About Me

About Me
Hello, I’m a counsellor, supervisor and trauma therapist. I’m also neurodivergent, and I bring both my lived experience and professional training into the work I do. I understand first-hand how complex and layered life can be when living with things like anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, Autism, ADHD, or navigating big life stages such as parenting, menopause, and identity within the LGBTQIA+ community.

How I Work
My approach is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and kindness. I work in a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed way, meaning we’ll move at your pace, in a safe and supportive space, where your experiences are respected and valued.

What I Can Support With

  • Exploring your identity and making sense of who you are, including experiences of late diagnosis of Autism or ADHD.
  • Finding ways to manage the challenges of trauma, anxiety, or chronic health conditions such as Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, POTS, FND, or hEDS.
  • Navigating relationships — whether with partners, family, or in parent/child dynamics.
  • Building self-awareness, confidence, and self-worth — learning to value yourself beyond productivity or other people’s expectations.
  • Creating change that feels realistic and sustainable in your day-to-day life.

Counselling is a space for exploration, healing, and growth. Whatever brings you here, we’ll work together towards what matters most to you
