Clinical / Reflective Supervision

I’m Linsey, an accredited psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner with experience supporting people with chronic illness, fatigue, disability, neurodivergence, trauma, menopause, and identity exploration. I offer supervision that is trauma-informed, neurodivergence-aware, queer and disability-informed, and grounded in a biopsychosocial, relational, and reflective approach.

In supervision, we work together to explore your clinical practice, relational dynamics, and how your own nervous system and responses show up in your work. We pay attention to subconscious patterns, professional challenges, and ethical dilemmas, while supporting your confidence, self-awareness, and professional wellbeing.

I offer supervision that:

  • Integrates EMDR, parts work, somatic, and sensory approaches into reflective learning
  • Supports understanding how your own experiences shape your work
  • Creates a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for clinicians to grow

My supervision practice is informed by both lived and professional experience of trauma, chronic illness, Autism, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ life.

Drawing on integrative, trauma-informed, and EMDR frameworks, I offer reflective supervision that honours both the emotional and practical realities of therapeutic work. I understand the complexities of holding space for clients navigating trauma, neurodivergence, and systemic barriers and I’m passionate about helping practitioners feel resourced, confident, and connected in their work. I particularly welcome supervisees who identify as or work with clients who are neurodivergent, chronically ill, and / or part of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as practitioners committed to inclusive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed work.

Consultation Supervision -I offer specialist professional consultation sessions for counsellors and therapists supporting clients with complex needs, including trauma, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and LGBTQIA+ identities. These consultations provide reflective, trauma-informed, and inclusive guidance for practitioners seeking additional support for client groups that may fall outside the scope of their usual supervision.
